Court No. - 87 HON'BLE SANTOSH RAI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Deepak Alias Dipoopal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 687 of 2025 under Section 21/22 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station-Highway, District-Mathura during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has not committed any offence as alleged in the First Information Report. He further submits that there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. He next submitted that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Section 42, 50 and 57 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with. There is no public witness of recovery of 550 grams
