The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Sarik with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0438 of 2022, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Gorakhnath, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 30.7.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.2989 of 2025. Apart from the one case, the applicant has no other criminal history. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applican
