The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Hari Prasad Kharwar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.37 of 2025, under Section 109 B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Jugail, District- Sonbhadra, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and at the time of incident the bride did not turned up. In the FIR accused applicant caused injury to the injured Ravindra with a sharp and pointed weapon.
