The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Deepak Tiwari with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.260 of 2023, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Naubasta, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.07.2025.
