Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Jeetu @ Jitendra with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.342 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Jagdishpura, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in seven cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the competent criminal courts. Apart from the seven cases, the applicant has criminal history of 23 cases explained in bail application in which he has
