The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Rajeev Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 249 of 2023, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station-Sadar, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the competent criminal courts. Apart from the two cases, the applicant has criminal history of one case in which he has also been enlarged on bail. The copy of bail order has been brought on record by way of a supplementary affidavit which has been filed today
