Court No. - 87 HON'BLE SANTOSH RAI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mota @ Bantu @ Shamim with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2011, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Sainya, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court. Apart from two cases, the applicant has criminal history of two more cases explained in para- 8 of the bail application in which he has also been enlarged on bail. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry.
