The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vinod Yadav with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.149 of 2019, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Baragaon, District Varanasi, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
