The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Lavkush, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 164 of 2023, under Sections 302, 452, 504, 506, 323, 427, 34 IPC, Police Station Ghurpur, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 6.6.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that initially, main role was assigned to the applicant during investigation.
