The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 239 of 2024 (Session Case No. 1845 of 2024), under Sections 147, 149, 307, 302 IPC, Police Station Dataganj, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, technically this is second bail application but first bail application of the applicant has not been decided on merit and the same was dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
