The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 352 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Soron, district Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in two criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure Nos. 3 and 4 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He is not member of any gang. There is no prospect of trial of the prese
