The applicant- Gaurav Singh has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 0007 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 319(2), 318(4) of B.N.S, and Section 11/13(5) of U. P. Public Examination Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, Police Station Barra, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. In support of this second bail
