Court No. - 67 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2-The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 308 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj during the pendency of trial. 3-It is argued by learned counsel for the applicants that according to the gang chart, the applicants are said to have been involved in one criminal case each, in which they have already been enlarged on bail, copy of bail orders has been brought on record as Annexure No. 3 to the bail application. It is next submitted that apart from gang-chart, applicant no. 1 has a criminal history of one case, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copy whereof has been annexed as Ann
