Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.345 of 2023, under Sections 302, 420, 201, 475 and 120(B) I.P.C., Police Station Rehra, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Om Prakash has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.8.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.28143 of 2025. The criminal history of two cases assigned to the applicant stands explained. The applicant is languishing in jail since 15.01.2025. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged
