Heard Sri Aushim Luthra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.100 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Premnagar, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have stabbed his brother on 14.03.2025 in an inebriated state as he was asked to refrain from hurling abuses at the informant on 14.03.2025 at about 2:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about twenty hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is a case of sudden provocation as is evident from the circumstances. The applica
