This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Azad Kumar Alias Mayank, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.354 of 2025, under Section 8/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, P.S.Naini, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Section 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with.
