This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Devendra Kashyap @ Kanna @ Kanha, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 109, 351 (2), 103 (1) BNS, Police Station- Subhash Nagar, District- Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 03.03.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Bhimsen @ Bhima, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 09.09.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 28335
