The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 206 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Badagaon, district Varanasi, during the pendency of trial.
