Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 483 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) of BNS, Police Station Ajitmal, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by more than 16 hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel has next stated that the case of the applicant is at par with co-accused person Abhay Singh Kushwaha, who has been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.05.2025. The only difference is that the applicant is the real brother-
