This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant- Munesh, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 750 of 2023, under Section 376-AB, 506, 342 I.P.C. read with Section 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 05.11.2023 by Krishna Pal Sharma against the applicant alleging therein that his younger brother Chandra Pal Sharma died on 21.09.2023 and
