Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received instructions in the matter for which time was granted to him on 13.08.2025. 4. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Mohd. Umar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 168 of 2025, under Sections 87, 61(2)A, 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station Singhawali Ahir, District Baghpat. 5. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 04.05.2025 by Laxman Sharma against the applicant and 02 other persons alleging therein that on 04.05.2025 at about 2 am his daughter aged about 18 yeras was lured and enticed away by the accused persons. A report be lodged and action be taken. 6
