Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant,Nasruddin with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.82 of 2025, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Mahuli, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case being case crime no.348 of 0223 in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. In bail order of the applicant his name has been typed as Hasan Mohamad alias Hasnu which was later on corrected.
