This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Rohit seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.205 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 308(5) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Khurja Nagar, District- Bulandshahar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.3.2025. It is submitted that this is a case no injury case and the applicant himself had sustained injury. It is further submitted that the accused applicant has no criminal antecedents. It is argued that co-accused Manish Kumar and Ashish have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.7.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.23748 of
