Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received instructions in the matter for which time was granted to him on 12.08.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge-sheet in the matter has now been submitted and there are variations in the sections in it and as such the present bail application be dismissed as withdrawn as he shall file a better bail application. 6.
