The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Panna Lal @ Babalu with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.108 of 2025, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Raipur, District- Sonbhadra, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by trial court vide order dated 11.4.2025. Apart from the one case, the applicant has no other criminal history. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang.
