The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Neeraj with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.82 of 2025, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Mahuli, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by trial court vide order dated 23.8.2023. Apart from the one case, the applicant has no other criminal history. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang.
