By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 203 of 2019 at Police Station - Barhaj, District Deoria, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 302, 307/34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 14.03.2022. The first and second bail applications of the applicant were rejected by this Court on 06.10.2020 and 02.07.2024 respectively.
