Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received instructions in the matter for which time was granted to him on 12.08.2025. 4. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Feeroj, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 107 of 2025, under Sections 78(2), 351(2), 64(1) and 74 B.N.S., Police Station Jansath, District Muzaffarnagar. 5. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 01.06.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she was running a clinic. Around two years back Feeroj was working as a compounder there. He used to call her on her mobile and send imm
