This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant,Ajeet Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 788 of 2024, under Sections 190, 191(3), 352, 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Powayan, District- Shahjahanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Dinesh Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 28.07.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21431 of 2025, hence
