Taufeeq Ansari, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 28 of 2021, under Sections 66, 66C, 66D I.T. Act and Section 419, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Cyber Crime Branch, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. 3. As per prosecution story, the FIR was lodged on 12.11.2021, in which it has been alleged that on 12.10.2021, total amount of Rs.1,10,346/- has been debited from his credit card in installments of Rs.20,352/-, Rs.19,999/-, Rs.19,999/-, Rs.9,999/-, Rs.9,999/-, Rs.19,999/-, Rs.9,999/-. The complainant got informed about these transactions when he received the messages in his mobile phone. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has not committed any offence
