The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Tamil @ Kamil with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 301 of 2024, under Sections 3(1), 2(b)(i) of U.P. Gangster and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Devgaon, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
