Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Dashrath Sonkar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2025 under Section 8/21/29 NDPS Act, 1985, Police Station-Adalhat, District-Mirzapur. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that name of the applicant surfaced on the confessional statement of co- accused. The applicant has criminal history of two cases which has been duly explained in paragraph no. 4 of the Supplementary Affidavit.
