This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Ajay Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 65 of 2025 under Sections 318, 338, 336, 340, 61(2), 3(5) B.N.S. and 66 D Information Technology Act, Police Station-Kasna, District-Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he is not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced during the course of investigation. He is also not the actual beneficiary of the fraud committed and his involvement came into light on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Minku. The applicant has no criminal history to his credit and is langui
