This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Sagar Maurya, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.117 of 2025, under Sections 74, 333, 351(2), 64, 308(2) BNS, registered at P.S. Aharaura, District Mirzapur. 4. Learned counsel for the State states that he has received instructions in the matter for which he had prayed and was granted time on 11.8.2025. 5. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 3.6.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she is aged about 25 years and resident of Bihar.
