This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nisha Kinnar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 145 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Modinagar, District- Ghaziabad. 3.
