This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ajad Rajbhar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 105 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 342, 302, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Sarnath, District- Varanasi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 24.03.2022. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Sonu Rajbhar has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 1
