The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Hemant Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.04 of 2021, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Jaitpura, District- Varanasi, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case being Case Crime No.145 of 2020, in which, he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court, a copy of the bail order is appended with the bail application.
