This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Gulshan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.275 of 2025, u/s 137(2), 87, 64(2)M, 351(3) BNS and 5L/6 POCSO Act, P.S. Karhal, District Mainpuri. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 3.7.2025 Tejram against the applicant alleging therein that on 2.7.2025 at about 3 a.m. his daughter aged about 17 years and 10 months was not found in the house by his wife who then woke up him and then they searched her.
