This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Dhirendra seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 168 of 2025, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Aoncha, District Mainpuri. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Sections 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with. Only 10.6 kg. ganja was recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is too below commercial quantity. The applicant has no criminal history as stated in para-17 of the bail application.
