Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Yogesh Goswami with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0015 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 339, 340(2), 61(2) B.N.S. and 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Accused applicant is languishing in jail since 26.6.2025. It is submitted that initially the FIR was registered in unknown and the name of the accused applicant came into light during the course of investigation approximately after two months. It is further submitted that the applicant
