This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Dheeraj Kumar Saroj, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.146 of 2025, u/s 64(1) of B.N.S.S., P.S. Sandeepan Ghat, District Kaushambi. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 18.6.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she is aged about 19 years. In the night at about 9 p.m., she had gone to ease herself where the applicant reached there from behind and gagged her mouth and committed rape upon her. A report be lodged and action be taken. 5.
