This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Sonu Alias Mota seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.298 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 317(4), 317(5), 112(2) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Sector-39 Noida, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.6.2025.
