Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.43 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Linepaar, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is the brother-in-law (Devar) of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The case of the applicant is at a different footing to the husband and mother-in-law of the deceased as the daughter of the deceased person has categorically allayed allegations
