As per prosecution story, an altercation ensued between the children of the locality and the informant rushed to pacify them, but peeved by the said act, the applicant alongwith three co-accused person assaulted him. In the meantime, the father of the informant rushed to save the informant who was also assaulted by the applicant and other co-accused persons, badly injuring him on 15.06.2025 at about 1:00 p.m. 5.
