Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 124 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The instant case is of sudden provocation and the injuries sustained by the deceased person were of simple in nature. The cause of the death is coma due to ante mortem injuries. No particular role has been assigned to the applicant. General role has been assigned to all the co-accused persons. The applicant is a lady and has nothing to do with the said offence. Th
