Heard Sri Rajeev Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Rampura, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with three other co-accused persons is stated to have been seen by the informant going towards the agricultural field where the dead body of the deceased was found. The applicant and other co-accused persons were armed with axe. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that it is true that deceased has sustained 8 lacerated wounds but no person has seen the applicant or any co-accused person committing the said offence. The applicant did not carry any motive whatsoever
