Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Rampura, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with three other co-accused persons is stated to have been seen by the informant going towards the agricultural field where the dead body of the deceased was found. The applicant and other co-accused persons were armed with axe. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that it is true that deceased has sustained 8 lacerated wounds but no person has seen the applicant or any co-accused person committing the said offence. The applicant did not carry any motive whatsoever
