Heard Sri Ravindra Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR. Name of the applicant has come up in the supplementary statement of the informant whereby he has raised suspicion against the applicant and the co-accused Ram Awatar and named accused person Rizwan. At the joint pointing out of the applicant along with Ram Awatar and Rizwan, a skeleton is stated to have been reco
