Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 107 of 2020, under Sections 302, 506 IPC, Police Station Sirauli, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons, Ravendra has already been enlarged on bail by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.08.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 37878 of 2020. The applicant has been summoned by invoking the powers under Section 319 Cr.P.C. The applicant is languishing in jail since 06.06.2025, having no criminal history.
