This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Ahmad Raza, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.67 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)M, 115(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S., registered at P.S. Walterganj, District Basti. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 29.03.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she was sitting in her house wherein on 26.3.2025 at about 11 p.m., the applicant came there and started hurling abuses on which she came out and opposed it on which he assaulted her with lathi, danda, kicks and fists.
