The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Shane Alam Alias Mohd. Sani Alam with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.198 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Bhojpur, District- Moradabad, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
